WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final, but if you receive damaged goods or the wrong item, please email help@ilthy.com with your order number and name for prompt resolution. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders identified as potentially fraudulent by our payment system. Thank you for your understanding.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping may vary due to promotions. Often times we offer free shipping on certain minimums. Please see checkout or social media for current shipping rates.

I THINK USPS LOST MY PACKAGE!

We get it, sometimes your purchase doesn’t work out and something goes wrong. Unfortunately we simply print the label on your behalf and you are responsible in ensuring that the address is correct. If there is an issue you will need to file a claim with USPS here

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

We do ship to P.O. boxes. and military bases. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 4-7 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. International orders take an additional 3-12 days to arrive. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

WHERE'S YOUR STORE AT? WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We frequently open up Pop Up Locations and Art Shows primarily in Cleveland, OH and Los Angeles, CA.  Our most recent pop up location is at City Goods on W 28th & Church Ave. See their website social media for most current hours and other details. We also have Curbside Pickup available at our warehouse. Please be patient until your order is packed -- you will receive an email when it is ready for pickup with more information.

WHEN DO NEW ITEMS RELEASE?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for our ILTHY newsletter or join us on social media to find out our latest releases. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.

WHEN'S THE RESTOCK?!

We very rarely re-stock our items. Once they are gone, they are usually gone forever. We encourage you to score it while we can as most of our products have a limited quantity. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

At this time, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our limited runs, we cannot accept returns as we do not restock products as everything we make is exclusive. 

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

DECLINED CREDIT CARD?

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.

I PURCHASED AN ILTHY PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER RETAILER. HOW DO I   HANDLE RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through ilthy.com.
