About Us
Designed with our hands, made with our hearts.

ILTHY® was founded in 2010 at the intersection of art, community, and street culture. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a brand rooted in self-expression, collaboration, and the belief that clothing can carry meaning beyond what you wear.

Our early journey took shape through an innovative holiday pop-up in 2011, where ILTHY® was introduced as more than a retail concept. It became a space for ideas, energy, and creative exchange. Since then, we have continued to grow through limited collections, art-driven experiences, pop-ups, and collaborations that connect artists, athletes, entertainers, and communities.

From the beginning, our goal has been to create pieces that feel bold, original, and culturally connected. Every collection is shaped by a distinct point of view and a commitment to design that reflects both individuality and shared experience. We do not just make apparel. We build products and moments that people connect to.
Over the years, ILTHY® has collaborated with major organizations and teams including the Cleveland Cavaliers, Nike, and NASA, while remaining deeply tied to the community that helped shape us. That balance between cultural relevance and local rootedness continues to define who we are.

ILTHY® stands for “I’d Love to Help You™,” and that meaning remains central to everything we do. Beyond product, we are committed to work that supports small businesses, uplifts artists, advances mental health awareness, and creates opportunities for community impact through art and expression.

Ideas like Ohio Native™, Artists Run the Streets™, Be Kind to Others™ reflect that mindset. They are not just themes, but extensions of how we see the world: proud of where we come from, invested in where culture is going, and committed to giving creative communities a stronger voice.
Now in our 16th year, ILTHY® continues to evolve with the same purpose that shaped it from the start: to create with intention, grow with our community, and use art as a vehicle to inspire a better way of life through individual expression.
