Mask That Matter (April 2020)
As the world faced a critical shortage of PPE, ILTHY pivoted from T-shirt production to creating face masks. For every mask purchased, we donated one to frontline workers and those in need. This effort supported public health and reinforced the spirit of collective care.

Charity Bear Initiative (March 2021)
We introduced the Charity Bear, a limited-edition collectible designed to support The Littlest Heroes, an organization aiding children battling cancer. All proceeds from this initiative went toward funding critical services and programs for affected families, providing hope and comfort during challenging times.

Turn Up to Vote (June 2021)
ILTHY joined forces with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Guardians, and Browns to launch the Turn Up to Vote initiative. This campaign encouraged civic engagement and voter turnout, raising awareness about the power of every vote. By promoting community participation, we helped empower individuals to make their voices heard.

Skating Towards Sustainability (June 2023)
ILTHY teamed up with the Arbor Day Foundation to celebrate Skateboard Day in an eco-conscious way. For every skateboard sold, we planted a tree, merging environmental sustainability with community engagement. This initiative not only supported reforestation but also reinforced the importance of protecting our planet for future generations.

League Park Legacy (Annual Event)
For three consecutive years, ILTHY has helped organize the League Park Invitational, a charity softball game at the historic Baseball Heritage Museum in Cleveland’s Hough neighborhood. With participation from local celebrities like Machine Gun Kelly and Jake Paul, the event raises funds to maintain the museum and preserve its legacy while uniting the community through the spirit of the game.

Sonic Joyride (Dec 2024)
For the holidays, ILTHY rented a movie theater to host a private pre-screening of Sonic 3 for children and families from The Littlest Heroes. This event offered a joyful escape, reinforcing our commitment to spreading happiness and supporting families in need.

Blocks of Innovation (Oct 2024)
As part of Tetris’ 40th Anniversary, ILTHY hosted a free event during FutureLAND, a tech and innovation conference celebrating diversity and entrepreneurship. The event featured exclusive Tetris merchandise, a Tetris museum, and interactive games, connecting attendees to the brand’s legacy while fostering creativity and community spirit.

Black History Month (Feb 2025)
Through our For Art’s Sake initiative, ILTHY supported charity art show to highlight and promote local artists. All funds raised went directly back to the artists, who were compensated for their work and provided resources to amplify their voices. This initiative celebrated creativity and strengthened the artistic community in Cleveland.

The World is Yours (April 2025)
In honor of Black Maternal Health Week, ILTHY is producing a powerful mural titled "The World is Yours" at Otter Park Playground, launching April 11, 2025. Accompanied by a custom basketball and merchandise capsule, this campaign aims to raise awareness, celebrate Black motherhood, and promote health equity in the community.
