Definition of NBA GL Entities

NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), the NBA member teams, the NBA Development League, LLC (the “NBA G League”) and the NBA G League member teams (collectively, the “NBA GL Entities”).

Eligibility:

• The ILTHY® x NBA G League Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, officers, and directors of ILTHY® and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

• Employees of the NBA GL Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the promotion.

Giveaway Period:

• The Giveaway begins on Monday, 3/24 at 1 PM EST to 3/31 at 1 PM EST.(the "Giveaway Period").

• Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

1. Follow @ilthy and @nbagleague on Instagram.

2. Share the Giveaway post to their Instagram Story.

3. Tag a friend in the comments of the Giveaway post.

4. Entries must be public.

Limit: Multiple comments do increase the chances of winning.

Winner Selection & Notification:

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

• The winner will be notified via direct message from @ilthy on Instagram.

• The winner must respond within 3 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe, another winner will be selected.

Prize Details:

• The winner will receive one (1) t-shirt, one (1) tote bag, and one (1) cap from the ILTHY® x NBA G League collection.

• Prizes are available while supplies last.

• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered.

Release & Limitation of Liability:

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ILTHY® and Instagram, and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all claims or liability related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

• The NBA GL Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.

General Conditions:

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

• ILTHY® reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Official Rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.

By entering, participants grant ILTHY® and NBA GL Entities permission to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Participants in this promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the NBA GL Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
